The Prime Minister has launched a ten-year plan which outlines the government’s ambitions for healthcare in England. It describes how the NHS will achieve three strategic shifts, from hospital to neighbourhood, from analogue to digital and from treatment to prevention. The PDA is providing its initial comments on the plan.
